Failure reasons and solutions:
Check the rear brake caliper handbrake cable clearance adjustment device and handbrake cable adjusting bolt to adjust the distance (this part of the inspection and operation required to repair the station is operated by professional maintenance staff).
After checking brake caliper handbrake cable adjustment means a gap (the standard for the maximum gap of about 1.2 + /-0.4mm brake caliper can not be more than 1.6mm).
2 Check the handbrake cable adjustment bolt to adjust the distance of 32-36mm (standard).
The inspection found the occurrence of abnormal wear of the the vehicle brake caliper handbrake cable clearance adjustment device abnormal. If abnormal wear, adjust the handbrake cable adjustment bolt to 32-36mm brake disc to make the rear brake caliper handbrake cable clearance adjustment device is not greater than 1.6mm.
